What we collect
CommitGraphics does not require an account. We process: (1) the athlete details you type (name, sport, position, class year, school, optional high school and social handle), (2) the photo you optionally upload, and (3) an anonymous device identifier used to enforce free-preview limits, rate limits, and your download balance.
How your photo and details are used
Before anything leaves your device, CommitGraphics asks for your permission with an on-screen consent prompt that explains exactly what is sent and to whom. Nothing is transmitted until you agree.
When you tap “Generate,” the photo you chose to add and the details you entered (name, sport, position, class year, school, and any optional notes) are sent securely over an encrypted connection to our server and from there to a third-party AI provider that generates the image. This data is used for one purpose only — to create your graphic. It is not used to train AI models and is not sold or shared for advertising. Your uploaded photo is not retained after your graphic is produced. The third-party provider is contractually required to protect your data to a standard at least equivalent to the protections described in this policy and may not use it for its own purposes.
Quality review. So that we can keep improving how the graphics look, a copy of the finished graphic may be sent to a private channel that only CommitGraphics staff can see, and kept there while we review design quality. This is the generated artwork only — never your original uploaded photo, and never your email or payment details. It is not published, not sold, and not shared with anyone outside CommitGraphics. If you would prefer your graphic not be reviewed this way, email [email protected] with the date you created it and we will delete it.
Generated graphics are returned to your device and held briefly (up to 48 hours) in a secure server cache for one purpose: so you can unlock the clean HD version and export every format without regenerating. After that they are deleted automatically. We do not maintain a gallery of your images. If you do not consent, you can still browse the app, but a graphic cannot be generated.
Payments
Purchases are one-time packs processed entirely by Apple; we confirm each purchase with Apple to credit your downloads, and we never see your payment details. (Legacy Pro subscriptions, no longer offered, are also handled entirely by Apple.)
Children
CommitGraphics is intended for users 13 and older and is designed for high-school and college athletes and their families. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13; if you believe a child under 13 has provided us information, email [email protected] and we will delete it. If you are under 18, use CommitGraphics only with a parent or guardian's involvement and consent. We collect no more information than is needed to generate a graphic, and we do not use personal information for marketing or profiling.
Your choices
You can use the app without a photo. To request deletion of any data associated with your device identifier, email [email protected].
